Pre-expansion: The process begins with the pre-expansion of EPS beads. The beads are fed into a pre-expander, where they are exposed to steam and heat.

Main features :
This machine is the basic type of shape molding machine and the features are as follows:
Mechanical Structure :
a.high-strength square tube welded by tempering prevent form deformation.

b.after sand-blasting,greatly improve corrosion performance and service life of equipment .
c.after sand-blasting ,anti-rust spray zinc-rich primer,rust greatly improve the performance and service life of equipment . Electronic control:
a.adopt PLC(Mitsubishi and HMI(WEINVIEW) ,for close-mold ,filling ,heating,cooling,de-mold,the whole proess is automatic. b.all electronic components are used well- kown brands ,better stability of the equipment(Schneider).
c.the stroke is adjusted by the encoder controlled through the HMI settings ,easy adjustment and high accuracy .
