Main features :
1. Frame structure
a. The high-strength frame further strengthens the front and rear
templates, and adopts a one-piece machine foot to make the template
and the machine foot into one, which greatly improves the rigidity
and stability of the template.
b. The template is stress-relieved and annealed, and processed by
an imported CNC machining center.
c. Sandblasting and rust removal, with high corrosion resistance
and anti-corrosion cycle.
2. Hydraulic system
a. It is driven by one or two hydraulic cylinders, and the mold
opening and closing speed is fast, the power is low and
energy-saving.
b. According to the size of the table, multiple auxiliary hydraulic
cylinders are used to lock the mold at the same time, and the mold
can be locked evenly when the hydraulic system pressure is low.
3. Control system
a. PLC and touch screen are used to complete the machine's
automatic cycle process of opening and closing the mold, feeding,
heating, insulation, cooling, demolding, and product ejection.
b. The machine uses a rotary encoder to control the stroke distance
of the mold opening and closing, and the gap is consistent each
time when adding materials, and the feeding density is uniform.
c. Using high-precision sensors, the heating pressure parameters
can be set directly on the touch screen, which is accurate and
convenient.

Working Principle
- Loading: The EPS block is securely placed on the cutting table.
- Alignment: The machine aligns the block according to the desired cutting

- Cutting: Heated wires or blades slice through the EPS block, creating the
specified dimensions.
- Removal: After cutting, the finished pieces are removed for further
processing or use.
