EPS block molding machine is a specialized piece of equipment used in the manufacturing process of expanded polystyrene (EPS) foam blocks. EPS foam blocks are large, rectangular or square-shaped blocks made from expanded polystyrene beads, commonly used in construction, insulation, and other applications.

1. The machine is adopted with Mitsubishi PLC and Taiwan HMl control theopening & clamping mold ,automatic feeding ,heating feeding. heating andheat preservation ,wind cooling,stripping ,product ejection and other automaticcycling procedures.

The machine is set with high-efficiency vacuum pump and Steam coolingdevice with quick mold speed of the product and low water content ,especiallywhich can produce thicken foam plastic board with hiah production eficiencyand improve efficiency of more than twice to the common board machine3. The machine is welded with high -guality square pipe ,high quality shapesteel and heat treatment ,which can bear swelling pressure of high-precisionproduct with high strength and non-deformation
4. The surface of mold cavity of the machie is adopted with japanese Teflondope to ensure that the product can be easy to strip for improving the aesthetics of the appearance .
