1. High-strength square tube welded by tempering prevent form deformation .

3. Adopt PLC(Mitsubishi) and HMI(WEINVIEW) ,for close-mold ,filling ,heating, cooling,de-mold,the whole proess is automatic.

Main features:
This machine has many improvements copared to the basic type machine and the features are as follows:
Mechanical Structure :
a.using 16/25mm welded steel plate,greatly improve the strength of steel and equipment .
b.after tempering prevent form deformation.
c.after sand-blasting ,greatly improve corrosion performance and service life of the equipment
d.after sand-blasting,anti-rust spray zinc -rich primer,rust greatly improve eq- pment performance and service life. Steam System :
Flow control valve and Japan with large pressure sensor controled so that the heating accuracy ,precise pressure is reached 20% reduction in energy con- sumption .
Cooling System :
Vertical vacuum barrel ,with a vacuum cooling spray device ,vacuum pump outlet installed water-gass separator,greatly improving the efficiency of the vacuum.

We have 2 production plant, one plant locates in Hangzhou which professionally producing EPS/EPP/ETPU machine. Another factory locates in Jiangsu Provide which producing EPS/EPP/ETPU mould. Both two factories are pretty close to the Shanghai port for easiest transportation.

We will provide very detailed installation manuals and videos, and the service until you are satisfied

Normally delivery time is 30~45 days.
