The main structure of the equipment is made of square steel welding, the electric control system is controlled by Mitsubishi PLC+ intermediate relay and AC contactors, and the steam system is controlled by high quality Angle seat valve made in China.

1. The machine adopts PLC and HMI and advanced moulding technique and can produce various shape of EPS products;
2. The machine is fed filling, featuring high speed and full feeding.
3. The machine adopts digital coder to control mould opening and closing stroke, controlled by PLC and easy to adjust; Mould opening and closing is actuated by hydraulic system.
4. The vacuum system can accelerate moulding speed, reduce cooling time and decrease moisture content of the product.
5. Hydraulic systems adopts differential fast device, improve the speed of moving mould journey to a maximum ofabout 200mm per second, saving energy comsumption over 40%.

1. Where is your factory located?
We have 2 production plant, one plant locates in Hangzhou which professionally producing EPS/EPP/ETPU machine. Another factory locates in Jiangsu Provide which producing EPS/EPP/ETPU mould. Both two factories are pretty close to the Shanghai port for easiest transportation.

2. Do you have detailed and professional installation manual?
We will provide very detailed installation manuals and videos, and the service until you are satisfied

Normally delivery time is 30~45 days.
