1.The machine is adopted with PLC system control to ensure the automatic cycling production of the machine ,thermal sensor and photoelectric controlled fill level.

2.It is adopted with automatic screw feeding device and electronic weight device to improve the production efficiency and reduce the labor intensity.

3.The barrel is adopted with closed structure with high efficiency to save steam ,which saves more than 50%of energy to the continuous pre-expander.

4.The machine is equipped with high temperature and high efficiency fluid drying bed.Have many functions ,including automatic fluidized drying ,automatic screening and ball material crushing after discharging by the pre-expander ,raw materials conveyed to ripening hopper by fan automatically ,etc.
